SmartValYou Software Engineering Intern (Backend + Agentic AI) (Python, Javascript, Langgraph, LLMs)

During my time at Smartvalyou, I assisted in developing an agentic AI system which effectively matches software vendor product features to user use cases. The company is a startup looking to develop a software that uses AI to properly match user software needs with the right company based on the use cases they list and the features offered by each company. During my time there, I helped in designing the overall system in code, consisting of multiple langgraph subgraphs with steps to fetch and process user and vendor data, create scenarios for use case importance, and match use cases and vendor features. In addition, I also tested functionality of the subgraph involved in processing and measuring confidence of vendor features with LLM calls and confirmation through vendor website information with confidence rating of at least 70%
Clearsynth IT Intern (Python, Javascript)
June 2023 - July 2023
During my 2 month internship at Clearsynth, I worked on two different projects. The first project was to create a dashboard site to relay employees to various other company product sites. The site features icons linking to various sites within the company's system, in addition to other features like a calendar notifying employees of upcoming company holidays, and a weather feature utilizing a weather API to show current weather based on geolocation. Added speech recognition feature to the dashboard using the Web Speech API to allow users to navigate to specific links using voice. In addition to this, I worked on another project to prototype a card-scanner app using Python, Tesseract OCR, and spaCy to read employee business cards and save information to a file.
